Common use of Sales Verification Clause in Contracts

Sales Verification. MCI shall subcontract to a third party ------------------ verification vendor to independently verify all Sales resulting from the Services provided under this Agreement. MCI shall be solely responsible for determining procedures necessary for complying with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations governing sales of telecommunications services. RMH shall be responsible for following the procedures established by MCI to enable it to comply with such regulations.
