Common use of Salvage Clause in Contracts

Salvage. All materials which are scrapped or removed in connection with the making of either Capital Alterations permitted by Section 10.1 or Non-Capital Alterations permitted by Section 10.4 or repairs required by ARTICLE IX shall be or become the property of Lessor or Tenant depending on which party is paying for, or providing the financing for, such work.
