SAMP. Subject to the limited exception provided below, upon termination or cancellation occurring during the Initial Term Subscriber shall pay MSFN, in addition to a $100.00 termination fee and any other sums then due and owing, all monthly payments for the remainder of the Initial Term and such remaining payments are accelerated and become due and payable upon termination or cancellation. MSFN strives to maintain a 90th percentile of available bandwidth. SAMPLE SAMPLE Provided however, so long as Subscriber's account is otherwise paid up-to-date and Subscriber has otherwise performed consistently with his/her obligations under this Agreement, if Subscriber pays MSFN a sum equal to one-half of the amount due to MSFN for the remainder of the Initial Term plus, a $100.00 cancellation fee MSFN will terminate the agreement and cease monthly invoicing. At sole MSFN discretion, equipment may need returned to an MSFN branch office. Failure to return equipment within 10 business days of such request will result in an additional equipment charge.

SAMP. ESAP aims to provide full support for the International Virtual Observatory Alliance (IVOA) Simple Application Messaging Protocol (SAMP) [14]. This makes it possible for users of other SAMP‐compliant tools — including TOPCAT [15], Aladin [2] and Astropy [16] — as well as archive interfaces like ESASky [9] to exchange data with 2xxxxx://xxx‐xxxxxx.xxxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xx/login ESAP. This means that users can take advantage of the advanced querying and data manipulation capabili‐ ties provided by these tools and facilities in conjunction with the possibilities offered by ESAP, maximizing interoperability and avoiding duplication of effort.

  • SAMPLE (i) Unless agreed otherwise, wheeled or track lay- ing equipment shall not be operated in areas identified as needing special measures except on roads, landings, tractor roads, or skid trails approved under B5.1 or B6.422. Purchaser may be required to backblade skid trails and other ground disturbed by Purchaser’s Opera- tions within such areas in lieu of cross ditching required under B6.6. Additional special protection measures needed to protect such known areas are identified in C6.24.

  • Medical Verification The Town may require medical verification of an employee’s absence if the Town perceives the employee is abusing sick leave or has used an excessive amount of sick leave. The Town may require medical verification of an employee’s absence to verify that the employee is able to return to work with or without restrictions.

  • Testing Landlord shall have the right to conduct annual tests of the Premises to determine whether any contamination of the Premises or the Project has occurred as a result of Tenant’s use. Tenant shall be required to pay the cost of such annual test of the Premises; provided, however, that if Tenant conducts its own tests of the Premises using third party contractors and test procedures acceptable to Landlord which tests are certified to Landlord, Landlord shall accept such tests in lieu of the annual tests to be paid for by Tenant. In addition, at any time, and from time to time, prior to the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, Landlord shall have the right to conduct appropriate tests of the Premises and the Project to determine if contamination has occurred as a result of Tenant’s use of the Premises. In connection with such testing, upon the request of Landlord, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord or its consultant such non-proprietary information concerning the use of Hazardous Materials in or about the Premises by Tenant or any Tenant Party. If contamination has occurred for which Tenant is liable under this Section 30, Tenant shall pay all costs to conduct such tests. If no such contamination is found, Landlord shall pay the costs of such tests (which shall not constitute an Operating Expense). Landlord shall provide Tenant with a copy of all third party, non-confidential reports and tests of the Premises made by or on behalf of Landlord during the Term without representation or warranty and subject to a confidentiality agreement. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, promptly and satisfactorily remediate any environmental conditions identified by such testing in accordance with all Environmental Requirements. Landlord’s receipt of or satisfaction with any environmental assessment in no way waives any rights which Landlord may have against Tenant.

  • Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.

  • Fuel 28.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 including GST per litre (which includes a service component).
