Common use of SAMPLE /DEMONSTRATION Clause in Contracts

SAMPLE /DEMONSTRATION. i. The tenderers may be asked/required to submit samples of the quoted items (without indicating price, clear marking of firm / agency name in each of item) when required by the Institute, for quality evaluation, failing which their bids/offer shall be rejected and in case all the expenses will be borne by the tenderer. Purchase will be done only after the approval of the quality of the product by the Competent Authority. Samples should be submitted separately at Central Store, AIIMS Jodhpur.
