Common use of San Francisco Workers Clause in Contracts

San Francisco Workers. In the initial rental of For-Rent Owner Affordable Housing Units, the Owner shall give a fourth-priority preference to San Francisco Workers in the manner described in Section IV.A.3.g below.

In the initial subsequent rental of vacant For-Rent Owner Affordable Housing Units, the Owner shall give a fourth-fourth priority preference (as described in Subsection 3 below) to San Francisco Workers in on the manner described in Section IV.A.3.g belowwaiting list for such Residential Units.
