Common use of Sanctions for Non-compliance Clause in Contracts

Sanctions for Non-compliance. In the event of the contractor's non-compliance with the Non- discrimination provisions of this contract, the Recipient will impose such contract sanctions as it or the Federal Funding Agency may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to:

In the event of the contractor's non-compliance with the Non- Non-discrimination provisions of this contract, the Recipient will impose such contract sanctions as it or the Federal Funding Agency Highway Administration or the Federal Transit Administration may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to: a. withholding contract payments to the contractor under the contract until the contractor complies; and/or b. cancelling, terminating, or suspending a contract, in whole or in part.
