Uncooked items, such as fresh fruits, shall be clean and free from blemish. All foods shall when served, be attractive in appearance and correct in temperature and consistency. They shall be crisp, moist, dry tender, etc., as may be appropriate in each case. (3) All employees assigned by the Licensee to perform work under this cafeteria Agreement shall be physically able to do their assigned work and shall be free from communicable diseases.
