Health Exams. The Licensee at his own expense shall have each employee receive the following health exams prior to employment and either yearly or after every trip to home country, which ever is more frequent. The result of these exams will be given to the Embassy’s Regional Medical Officer (RMO) for review. No employee may work in the Cafeteria without the RMO’s approval.
Health Exams. The Employer shall continue its present policy of providing a TB test to employees at the time of employment and annually thereafter in accordance with CDC guidelines and Hospital policies, without cost to the employee. Hepatitis vaccine and HIV testing will be provided in accordance with Hospital policies.
Health Exams. Employees will be given a PPD test once annually unless a valid medical reason precludes such a test. If the PPD test is positive, the employee will be required to obtain a physician's certification that they are free from tuberculosis. If an X-ray is ordered by the physician and it is not covered by the state health insurance plan or other insurance, the Employer will pay the cost of the X-ray if it is obtained at a place as prescribed by Management.
Health Exams. The Hospital shall continue its present policy of providing a TB test at the time of employment and annually thereafter, and providing CBC, UA and pap smear annually if ordered by a physician, all without cost to the LPN.
Health Exams. TB screening will occur in accordance with State Law or CDC Guidelines. HIV and Hepatitis testing will be provided as per the Medical Center's Standard Precautions policy. Hepatitis B vaccine will be available at no cost to the employee.

Health Exams. Any health examination which is required by the IRESA to maintain employment shall be paid for by the Employer.
Health Exams. The cost of health examinations required for employment in the district will be paid by the applicant. All subsequent health examinations required of any employee will be paid by the district per departmental procedures or for the amount not covered by the employee’s health insurance. Employees who are required to obtain an asbestos physical under AHERA: 40 C.R.R. 763-Sub Part G, will be subsidized by district funds.
Health Exams. As a condition to entering or continuing employment, certified employees must present a district-approved form to the clerk, signed by a licensed physician who states “that there is no evidence of physical condition that would conflict with the health, safety or welfare of the pupils; that freedom from tuberculosis has been established.” If at any time there is a reasonable cause to believe any employee is suffering from an illness detrimental to the health of the pupils, the school board may require a new certification of health. (Ref. 72-5213) The Board reserves the right to have any employee examined at any time by a physician of the Board’s choice to determine if the employee is able to fulfill and perform the obligations of employment and to abide by and implement the policies and rules of the Board. The costs of any examination required will be borne by the Board.
Health Exams. If health examinations are required for the nurse's continued employment, the County shall arrange it so that such health examination may be obtained without cost to the nurse.
