SAP/R3 Financial Subsystem Support. The Contractor shall provide SAP/R3 financial subsystem support to the NAWCWD. The Contractor shall assist in identifying programmatic issues and problem areas and will provide written solutions and/or suggestions for resolution using sound analytical techniques and judgments. The Contractor shall provide initial diagnosis on potential system or program problems and ensure that resolution is promptly coordinated with appropriate personnel. The Contractor shall develop a thorough understanding of the current SAP business practices and why they exist. The Contractor shall identify current financial system business practices that need to be changed. The contractor shall document the changes that need to be made to current business practices and convey an understanding of how the SAP/R3 financial subsystem works. The Contractor shall determine what financial information is supplied day-to-day by information technology systems. This includes where does it come from and where does it go, along with secondary systems, such as spreadsheets, e-mail, and other local documents. The Contractor shall troubleshoot issues via analysis and understanding of System Problems vs. Activity Business Practice in the financial system arena. The Contractor will provide coordination of SAP/R3 financial subsystem activities for the NAWCWD ERP Team with other ERP implementation sites as requested. Specifically, the Contractor will apply SAP/R3 financial subsystem expertise in the following areas: ◻Auditing Support. The Contractor shall perform systematic examination and appraisal of financial records, reports, management controls, policies, and practices affecting or reflecting the financial condition and operating results of activities as assigned. The Contractor shall evaluate the degree of compliance with the principles of sound financial management and the effectiveness of the governing regulatory, management, and operating controls. The Contractor shall ensure that financial statements, statistics, and reports are accurate and that NAWCWD assets are properly safeguarded. The Contractor shall detect deficiencies and improprieties in financial management practices and recommend corrective action.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • wire Unbundled ISDN Digital Loops These will be provisioned according to industry standards for 2-Wire Basic Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. NewPhone will be responsible for providing BellSouth with a Service Profile Identifier (SPID) associated with a particular ISDN-capable Loop and customer. With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Provision of Interconnection Financial Security The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Section 11 of the GIDAP in a manner acceptable under Section 11 of the GIDAP. Failure by the Interconnection Customer to timely satisfy the GIDAP’s requirements for the provision of Interconnection Financial Security shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and a condition of Default of this Agreement.

  • Unbundled Voice Loop – SL2 (UVL-SL2 Loops may be 2-wire or 4-wire circuits, shall have remote access test points, and will be designed with a DLR provided to NewPhone. SL2 circuits can be provisioned with loop start, ground start or reverse battery signaling. OC is provided as a standard feature on XX0 Xxxxx. The OC feature will allow NewPhone to coordinate the installation of the Loop with the disconnect of an existing customer’s service and/or number portability service. In these cases, BellSouth will perform the order conversion with standard order coordination at its discretion during normal work hours.
