SAR Exercise Price. The Exercise Price of a SAR shall be determined by the Committee in its sole discretion; provided that the Exercise Price shall not be less than 100% of the Fair Market Value of a Share on the date of the grant of the SAR.
SAR Exercise Price. The price at which the Grantee shall be entitled to exercise the SARs shall be per Share.
