Satellite Dish, Radio and Television Antennas. Non-commercial, receive- only antennas for the sole use of the occupants of a structure provided that these antennas are not located within the front setback or street side setback on a corner lot: a. A ground or structure-mounted, radio or satellite dish antenna that does not project above the roof ridge line and does not have a diameter greater than one meter (39 inches); and b. Roof-mounted radio or television aerials not exceeding 75 feet in overall height.
