Satisfaction of Buyer and its Counsel Sample Clauses

Satisfaction of Buyer and its Counsel. All proceedings to be taken in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all documents incident thereto, shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Buyer and its counsel, and Buyer and its counsel shall have received copies of such documents as its counsel may reasonably request in connection with said transactions.

Satisfaction of Buyer and its Counsel. All proceedings to be taken in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all documents incident thereto, shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Buyer and its counsel, and Buyer and its counsel shall have received copies of such documents as its counsel may reasonably request in connection with said transactions, including without limitation, an opinion from counsel for Seller, addressed to Buyer and the Buyer's Lender and dated the Closing Date, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for Buyer and in substantially the form of Exhibit 6.3(h) hereto.
