SAVINGS AND SEPARABILITY. Should any part of this Agreement be rendered or declared illegal or invalid by legislation, decree of a court of competent jurisdiction, Michigan Employment Relations Commission (MERC) or other established or to be established governmental administrative tribunal, such invalidation shall not affect the remaining portions of this Agreement, and the parties may enter into collective bargaining.
