Effect of Injunctions or Other Court Orders. The Parties recognize the right of the City to withdraw, at its absolute discretion, the utilization of the Agreement as part of any bid specification should a Court of competent jurisdiction issue any order, or any applicable statute which could result, temporarily or permanently in delay of the bidding, awarding and/or construction on the Project. Notwithstanding such an action by the City, or such court order or statutory provision, the Parties agree that the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect on covered Project Work to the maximum extent legally possible.
