SBBC Disclosure of Employee Records. (a) The employee records listed in this section are provided to INSTRUCTURE for the following purposes: 1) to provide support to SBBC users; and 2) for contract administration. (b) SBBC will provide the following employee records to INSTRUCTURE through integration with the gradebook application: 1) first and last name 2) personnel identification number

(a) The SBBC will provide VENDOR with the employee records listed in this section are provided to INSTRUCTURE for the following purposes: 1) For VENDOR to provide support grant District employees with administrator access to SBBC users; andVENDOR’s systems; 2) For VENDOR to provide updates to facilitate and improve the use of the system this may include: a. Instructional information for contract administration.using the system b. Administering the system to students c. Information on product and/or system training (b) SBBC will provide the following employee records via the District’s integration system information to INSTRUCTURE through integration with the gradebook applicationVENDOR: 1) first and last name 2) personnel job title 3) identification number
