Common use of SBEDA Program Clause in Contracts

SBEDA Program. The CITY has adopted a Small Business Economic Development Advocacy Ordinance (Ordinance No. 2016-05-19-0367 and as amended, also referred to as “SBEDA” or “the SBEDA Program”), which is posted on the City’s Economic Development Department (EDD) website page and is also available in hard copy format upon request to the CITY. The SBEDA Ordinance Compliance Provisions contained in this section of the Agreement are governed by the terms of the SBEDA Ordinance, as well as by the terms of the SBEDA Ordinance Policy & Procedure Manual established by the CITY pursuant to this Ordinance, and any subsequent amendments to this referenced SBEDA Ordinance and SBEDA Policy & Procedure Manual that are effective as of the date of the execution of this Agreement. Unless defined in a contrary manner herein, terms used in this section of the Agreement shall be subject to the same expanded definitions and meanings as given those terms in the SBEDA Ordinance and as further interpreted in the SBEDA Policy & Procedure Manual.
