INFORMATION AND PRIVACY You understand and agree that in conjunction with employee training, quality control and the provision of services, we may monitor and/or electronically record cellular transmissions related to the Services, as well as conversations with you or others. Further, you understand that privacy cannot be guaranteed on telephone, cellular network and computer systems, and we shall not be liable to you for any claims, loss, damages or costs which may result from a lack of privacy experienced. You consent to us (i) using information about you and your location (collectively, “information’) to administer services, offer you new products or services, enforce the terms of this Agreement, prevent fraud and respond to regulatory and legal requirements, (ii) response to a subpoena or other such legal process, and (iii) using and sharing aggregate Subscriber information and statistics that do not include information that identifies you personally.
Identifying Information and Privacy NOTIFICATION (a) Identification Number(s). Every invoice or New York State Claim for Payment submitted to a New York State agency by a payee, for payment for the sale of goods or services or for transactions (e.g., leases, easements, licenses, etc.) related to real or personal property must include the payee's identification number. The number is any or all of the following: (i) the payee’s Federal employer identification number, (ii) the payee’s Federal social security number, and/or (iii) the payee’s Vendor Identification Number assigned by the Statewide Financial System. Failure to include such number or numbers may delay payment. Where the payee does not have such number or numbers, the payee, on its invoice or Claim for Payment, must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.
Personal Information and Privacy 9.1 We will handle Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Legislation and our privacy policy available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxx-xxxxxx/.
Confidential Information and Privacy (a) All non-public, confidential or proprietary information of Service Provider or Customer, as applicable, including, but not limited to, trade secrets, technology, inventions, samples, research, product designs, business plans, implementation plans, processes, document templates, information pertaining to business operations, methodologies, and strategies, and information pertaining to customers, pricing, and marketing (collectively, "Confidential Information"), disclosed by Service Provider or Customer (in such role the “Disclosing Party”) or Disclosing Party’s officers, directors or employees, whether disclosed orally or disclosed or accessed in written, electronic or other form or media, and whether or not marked, designated or otherwise identified as "confidential," in connection with the provision of the Services and this Agreement is confidential, and shall not be disclosed or copied by recipient Customer or Service Provider (in such role the “Recipient”), or Recipient’s officers, directors or employees, without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party. Confidential Information does not include information that is:

As a condition to NYSERDA’s obligation to pay any invoices submitted by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor shall provide to NYSERDA its Federal employer identification number or Federal social security number, or both such numbers when the Contractor has both such numbers. Where the Contractor does not have such number or numbers, the Contractor must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.
Text and Data Mining Authorized Users may use the Licensed Materials to perform and engage in text and/or data mining activities for academic research, scholarship, and other educational purposes and may utilize and share the results of text and/or data mining in their scholarly work and make the results available for use by others, so long as the purpose is not to create a product for use by third parties that would substitute for the Licensed Materials. Licensor will, upon receipt of written request, cooperate with Licensee and Authorized Users as reasonably necessary in making the Licensed Materials available in a manner and form most useful to the Authorized User. Licensor shall provide to Licensee, upon request, copies of the Licensed Materials for text and data mining purposes without any extra fees.
Export and Privacy Red Hat may supply Client with technical data that is subject to export control restrictions. Red Hat will not be responsible for compliance by Client with applicable export obligations or requirements for this technical data. Client agrees to comply with all applicable export control restrictions. If Client breaches this Section 13.6 or the export provisions of an applicable end user license agreement for the Software, or any provision referencing these sections, Red Hat may terminate this Agreement and/or the applicable Order Form and its obligations thereunder without liability to Client. Client acknowledges and agrees that to provide the Services, it may be necessary for Client Information to be transferred between Red Hat, its Affiliates, Business Partners and/or subcontractors, which may be located worldwide.
Media preservation and protection When a Contractor discovers a cyber incident has occurred, the Contractor shall preserve and protect images of all known affected information systems identified in paragraph (c)(1)(i) of this clause and all relevant monitoring/packet capture data for at least 90 days from the submission of the cyber incident report to allow DoD to request the media or decline interest.
Data and Privacy 22.1 In making a booking we will ask for personal information such as your name, postal address, email address, telephone number and payment details. We could use the data to inform you about news and information we think may be of interest to you. We will not pass your information onto any third parties for the purposes of administration. Contractors will not be allowed to use your personal information for any other purpose that that which Pebble House may have instructed. By booking with us you are deemed to have consented to the use of personal information for these purposes. Internet Access to Contract and Pricing Information Access by Authorized Users to Contract terms and pricing information shall be made available and publically posted on the OGS website. To that end, OGS shall publically post the Contract Pricelist, including all subsequent changes in the Contract offerings (adds, deletes, price revisions), Contractor contact information, and the Contract terms and conditions, throughout the Contract term.
