SCHEDULE AND ASSOCIATED REPORTS. The proposed scheduling of work, resources, key events and milestones submitted by the Contractor in accordance with Standard Item 009-60 during the course of contract performance shall not be materially different from the Schedule and Associated Reports provided in the Contractor’s technical proposal.

SCHEDULE AND ASSOCIATED REPORTS. The scheduling of work, resources, key events and milestones submitted by the Contractor shall be in accordance with NSI 009-60 and associated CDRLs during the course of contract performance and shall not be materially different from the Schedule and Associated reports provided in the Contractor’s technical proposal.

SCHEDULE AND ASSOCIATED REPORTS. C.16.1. Based on the availability schedule, the Contractor shall develop and submit an Integrated Production Schedule (IPS) in Xxxxx Chart form and submit the IPS to the Government in electronic form, compatible with Microsoft Project, prior to the start of the availability and submit weekly updates thereafter.   • MANUALS AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTATION Product shall be furnished, at no extra charge, with one complete set of standard operator instruction manuals and Documentation (hard copy, CD/DVD or web link) as would normally accompany such Product(s). Contractor shall also ensure that the part numbers and net prices associated with the documentation are available to the Authorized User and included on its approved price list for the Contract should an Authorized User need to purchase additional sets of technical manuals. Where Documentation is provided in electronic format, an Authorized User shall be entitled to make copies to the extent necessary to fully enjoy the rights granted under this Contract provided that the Authorized User reproduces the copyright notice and any other legend of ownership on any copies made.

  • Maintenance and Association The Promoter may manage and maintain the common parts and utilities of the Project by itself or may hand over these to the Maintenance Company for which all Allottees may be required to execute an Agreement (“Management Agreement”) with the Maintenance Company.

  • Complete and Accurate Information Contractor represents and warrants that all statements and information provided to HHS are current, complete, and accurate. This includes all statements and information in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response.

  • Information and Assistance 15.1.1 Subject to any obligation in respect of confidentiality, the Data Protection Legislation and Confidential Information, the Parties will use all reasonable endeavours to provide and share information and data reasonably required by the other:

  • Service Information Pages Verizon shall include all VarTec NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. VarTec’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when VarTec is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTec’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTec’s critical contact information for VarTec’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTec. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

  • TEACHING LOADS AND ASSIGNMENTS A. The normal daily/weekly teaching load shall be:

  • UNION DUES AND ASSESSMENTS (a) The Employer shall, as a condition of employment, deduct from the wages or salary of each employee in the bargaining unit, whether or not the employee is a member of the Union, the amount of the regular dues payable to the Union by a member of the Union.

  • Obligations and Activities of Business Associates (1) Business Associate agrees not to use or disclose PHI other than as permitted or required by this Section of the Contract or as Required by Law.

  • Required Reports (1) As required in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements, the Engineer shall submit Progress Assessment Reports to report actual payments made to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises or Historically Underutilized Businesses. One copy shall be submitted with each billing statement and one copy shall be submitted to the address included in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements.

  • Documentation of Disclosures Business Associate agrees to document uses and disclosures of PHI and information related to such uses and disclosures as required for Covered Entity to respond to a request by an individual for an accounting of disclosures of PHI in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.528.
