Schedule/Casting a) During all rehearsal and performance weeks the complete and detailed individual ARTIST's schedule shall be posted by 3:00 pm two (2) working days in advance of the rehearsal. There shall be no change in the schedule after 3:00 PM the day preceding the rehearsal unless such change is due to a bona fide emergency. b) In addition, the “forecast” (those ballets which are expected to be rehearsed during the following week) shall be posted not later than 12 noon of the preceding Friday. The “forecast” is subject to change. c) Casting shall be posted no later than ten (10) days in advance of each Performance. All casting is subject to change. d) A complete Attendance Sheet shall be posted for each ballet being rehearsed, within the first two (2) days of rehearsal for each ballet currently in the repertory and within the first (1st) week of rehearsal for a world premiere or ballet new to the EMPLOYER. This sheet shall be subject to change with each change dated in parenthesis next to such change. e) If the EMPLOYER does not abide by the posting deadlines listed above, or any part thereof, the ARTIST shall be exonerated for any lateness or missing of rehearsals occasioned thereby. In addition, EMPLOYER shall place one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) per violation into the Artists’ Fund.
