POSTING OF REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE SCHEDULES. (a) A call board shall be provided in each place where rehearsals are regularly scheduled, and all notices concerning rehearsals shall be posted thereon. (b) The EMPLOYER shall make best efforts to post a detailed rehearsal schedule indicating each ARTIST's schedule by 12 noon two (2) working days in advance of the rehearsal, but in any event not later than 12 noon one (1) working day in advance of the rehearsal. (c) If the EMPLOYER does not abide by the foregoing (a) and (b) above, or any part thereof, the ARTIST shall be exonerated for any lateness or missing of rehearsals occasioned thereby (d) The program of dance pieces, including casts, to be performed in the following week shall be posted on the bulletin board one (1) week in advance. Any change in casts following such posting shall be made by the EMPLOYER upon personal notification to each ARTIST involved twenty-four (24) hours in advance of performance, except in the case of emergency. (e) The EMPLOYER shall have listed in the program distributed to the audience, or on a reader board in the main lobby, or have announced to the audience, the names of all ARTISTS who perform leading roles, as designated by the Artistic Director. (f) In the event changes (other than corps dance roles) occur in the cast, a program insert or readerboard, or announcement (unless specifically not requested by the ARTIST) shall be made to the audience. (g) The EMPLOYER shall use best efforts to notify the ARTISTS by telephone or in person within one-half (1/2) hour after curtain down on a performance day, Technical or Dress Rehearsal day and prior to 9:00 PM on a rehearsal day of any changes in the rehearsal schedule for the following day affecting the arrival time of the ARTIST. ARTISTS shall be exonerated for any lateness or missing rehearsals unless such notification shall occur. (h) The EMPLOYER shall use best efforts to ensure that anyone designated as a performer or cover is notified of his or her part or cover designation during the first week of rehearsal of that dance piece.

POSTING OF REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE SCHEDULES. 26.01 A call board shall be provided in each place where rehearsals and performances are regularly scheduled, and all notices concerning rehearsals, casting, and performance shall be posted thereon. While on tour, a copy of rehearsal schedules will be made available at hotel front desks, if the hotel so allows. 26.02 During rehearsal periods an itemized rehearsal schedule for the following week shall be posted in each place where rehearsals are scheduled to be given, by the end of the daily class on the last working day of the preceding week. Where a role or cast has sharers and/or understudies, the Artist’s name or cast must be specified on the schedule. Where a rehearsal call is marked “TBA” the specific ballet must be named. 26.03 Where unanticipated changes to previously posted rehearsal schedules occur, as the result of changing circumstances, the Engager shall notify the Artist personally of the correct rehearsal call at least twenty- four (24) hours in advance. The Artist must inform the Engager forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the schedule being posted of any appointment the Artist may have that could affect the organization of the schedule. 26.04 In the following circumstances the Engager shall be relieved of the provisions of Rules 26.02 and 26.03: (A) When an Artist is unable to rehearse or perform due to injury, sickness or some other circumstance which could not reasonably have been anticipated by the Engager. (B) When a Choreographer is creating a new work or a Choreographer or Coach is setting a work which is new to the company. (A) If the Engager does not abide by the foregoing Rules 26.01, 26.02, 26.03, 26.04, or any part thereof, the Artist shall be exonerated for any lateness or missing of rehearsals occasioned thereby. POSTING OF REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE SCHEDULES a. A call board shall be provided in each place where rehearsals are regularly scheduled, and all notices concerning rehearsals shall be posted thereon. EMPLOYER agrees to distribute rehearsal and performance schedules via email; however, the schedule posted upon the call boards will be the official company schedule. Notwithstanding any other provisions contained in this Agreement, EMPLOYER shall distribute to all ARTISTS a week-by-week itinerary and schedule of work for the entire employment period covered by the Individual Artist Agreement. ARTISTS will be notified of any changes made to the schedule of work not less than three (3) months in advance of the changes upon such schedule. In the event the EMPLOYER fails to notify the ARTISTS less than three (3) months in advance of changes to the work schedule which results in a previously scheduled layoff week(s) to be changed to a Rehearsal and/or Performance Week(s), an ARTIST may opt out of the same period of Rehearsal and/or Performance Week(s). ARTIST shall have seven (7) days immediately following the EMPLOYER’S notification of change to elect to opt out of Rehearsal and/or Performance Week(s) previously scheduled as layoff weeks. Should ARTIST opt out of Rehearsal and/or Performance Week(s), the EMPLOYER shall grant ARTIST the ability use some or all of any remaining sick days for personal reasons, after which ARTIST’S weekly compensation shall be reduced on a pro-rata basis. Such election to utilize sick days for personal reasons will be granted without the approval of the EMPLOYER. b. During all rehearsal and Performance Weeks, the complete and detailed individual ARTIST’s schedule, including costume fittings, notification of dress/technical rehearsal make-up, hair, costume, and shoe requirements shall be posted by 12:15 PM (twelve fifteen) two (2) ARTIST’s Working Days in advance of the costume fitting, rehearsal and/or Performance. During Rehearsal Weeks, changes in the ARTIST’s schedule may be made prior to 12:15 PM (twelve fifteen) one (1) ARTIST’s Working Day in advance. The above notwithstanding, during the first three (3) ARTIST’s Working Days when a guest choreographer/choreologist/repetiteur (who is not an employee and full-time member of artistic staff of employer) is working with ARTISTS on a Houston Ballet premiere or when such choreographer/choreologist/repetiteur has not worked with EMPLOYER for five (5) or more years, changes in the ARTIST’s schedule may be made prior to 7:00 PM (seve...

(b) During all Rehearsal and Performance Weeks EMPLOYER will post, email, or digitally disseminate via EMPLOYER’S digital scheduling system the complete weekly forecast no later than Sunday for the upcoming week and a detailed individual ARTIST’S schedule to all ARTISTS by no later than 7:00 PM the day preceding the rehearsal. (c) EMPLOYER may subsequently change the rehearsal under all of the following conditions: i. Such changes are a result of needs that only became apparent during the 7:00 PM-10:00 PM rehearsal that evening. ii. Such changes are communicated to all ARTISTS involved electronically by no later than 10:30 PM that evening, with the exception of after Dress Rehearsals, in which case they must be communicated by no later than 12:00 AM the next day. (d) EMPLOYER will not incur overtime for a rehearsal or costume fitting that is rescheduled as a direct result of an ARTIST missing the call due to misreading the schedule.

POSTING OF REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE SCHEDULES. ‌ 1. OBT will provide a callboard in each place where rehearsals are regularly scheduled and will post all notices concerning rehearsals. 2. During all rehearsal and performance weeks, OBT will post online and on the aforementioned callboard, and email to each ARTIST, the complete individual ARTIST schedule no later than 2:45 PM two (2) working days (including the day that the schedule is posted) in advance of the schedule. OBT will make Best Reasonable Efforts in the final three (3) days of a six (6) day work week, to include a forecast of which section and cast will be rehearsed for each rehearsal. 3. OBT may make subsequent changes to the above-referenced schedule provided that OBT notifies all ARTISTs via email, of such changes no later than 11:15AM on the day prior to the day for which the schedule is modified. 4. If OBT does not abide by the foregoing or a part thereof, OBT will exonerate an ARTIST for any lateness or missing of rehearsals occasioned thereby. 5. OBT shall be responsible for contributing funds into the Dancer Fund for each infraction of the above as follows: Upon the first (1st) infraction per contract year $50.00 Upon the second (2nd) infraction per contract year $75.00 Upon the third (3rd) and each subsequent infraction per contract year $100.00

  • Security for Performance In the event that Exhibit A Section 4 indicates the need for Consultant to provide additional security for performance of its duties under this Agreement, Consultant shall provide such additional security prior to commencement of its Required Services in the form and on the terms prescribed on Exhibit A, or as otherwise prescribed by the City Attorney.

  • Time for Performance The term of this SOW Agreement shall begin on and end on _ (the “Initial Term”). The Initial Term may be extended as the parties may agree. The State may terminate this SOW for convenience upon thirty days prior written notice to the Contractor. If the Master Agreement should expire or otherwise terminate prior to the end of the term of this SOW Agreement, this SOW Agreement shall continue to the end of its existing term, unless or until terminated in accordance with the terms of this SOW Agreement, and the Parties acknowledge and agree that the terms of the Master Agreement shall survive and apply to this SOW Agreement.
