Common use of Schedule Modifications Clause in Contracts

Schedule Modifications. If, as a result of the monthly Schedule Update, it appears the Construction Schedule no longer represents the actual /logical progression of the work or the Construction Manager’s plan for prosecution and progress of the work, the Principal Representative shall require the Construction Manager to submit a revision to the Construction Schedule. Such revisions to the Schedule shall not alter any of the Project Milestone dates.
