Common use of Scheduled Conference Days Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Conference Days. ‌ The Board may provide up to four (4) half-day conference periods if needed during the regular school day. These conference periods are to be used exclusively for the use of bargaining unit members and the parents of students. If the bargaining unit member has the conference(s) outside the normal school day, he/she will not be required to be on duty during the regularly scheduled conference periods.
