Scheduled - In Reverse Order Of Seniority. If the Employer is unable to secure sufficient personnel in accordance with Clause 16.02 (a) (i) above to meet the overtime work requirements, the Employer shall have the right to schedule employees, in reverse order of seniority, from lowest to highest, who normally perform the available work and these employees shall perform the overtime work.
