Common use of Scheduled Outages of Transmission Resources Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Outages of Transmission Resources. Each Party shall provide the projected status of Scheduled Outages of transmission facilities above 100 kV (but not to include redial transmission facilities serving only load within one transmission source) for a minimum of the next twelve (12) months or for a longer period if available. This data shall be updated no less than once daily for the full posting horizon and more often as required by system conditions. The data will include current, accurate, and complete transmission facility maintenance schedules, including the “outage date” and “return date” of a transmission facility from a Scheduled Outage or forced outage. If the status of a particular transmission facility is critical to the determination of AFC of a Party, the status of this facility shall also be provided.
