Scheduled Unpaid Leave Plan. The following Scheduled Unpaid Leave Plan (SULP) replaces the current Voluntary Leave of Absence program (VLAP) and is available to all permanent employees for the 2015-2016, 2016-2017, 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 school years. Employees approved for SULP days shall not be replaced.
