SCHEDULES - NOTICE OF CHANGE. Schedules shall be for a four (4) week period and shall be posted six (6) weeks in advance of the start of the period. Employees shall receive at least forty-eight (48) hours notice of change to the posted scheduled shift. Failure to provide such notice shall result in overtime rates being paid for all changed hours worked during that forty-eight (48) hour period. This premium is not to be pyramided with the premium payable pursuant to Article 15.13.
