Schedules of Receivables. The information set forth in the Schedules of Receivables has been produced from the Electronic Ledger and was true and correct in all material respects as of the close of business on the Initial Cutoff Date or the Subsequent Cutoff Date, as applicable.

Schedules of Receivables. Upon the written request of Secured Party, Debtor shall deliver to the Secured Party schedules of all outstanding Receivables. The Debtor shall also deliver to the Secured Party copies of the Debtor’s invoices, sales journals, evidences of shipment or delivery and such other schedules and information as the Secured Party may reasonably request. The items to be provided under this Section are to be prepared and delivered to the Secured Party from time to time solely for its convenience in maintaining records of the Collateral and the Debtor’s failure to give any of such items to the Secured Party shall not affect, terminate, modify or otherwise limit the Secured Party’s security interest granted herein.
