Common use of SCHEDULING AND CURTAILMENT Clause in Contracts

SCHEDULING AND CURTAILMENT. 6.1 The Open Access User agrees to comply with the procedures for availing Transmission and Wheeling Services in the matter of scheduling as specified by the Commission in the relevant orders and Regulations. 6.2 In case of constraints, emergency/threat to grid security and stability, the APTRANSCO and/or PDCL, based on such direction(s) from SLDC, may curtail power to Open Access User. The priority of curtailment shall be as specified in the Regulations.
