Scheduling and Notification. 1. The Contractor’s work requiring Railroad flagging should be scheduled to limit the presence of a flagman at the site to a maximum of 50 hours per week. The Contractor shall receive Railroad approval of work schedules requiring a flagman’s presence in excess of 40 hours per week.
