Scheduling and Use. All CTO must be scheduled in advance and requires supervisory approval. CTO may be taken off in minimum increments of one-quarter (1/4) hour increments.
Scheduling and UseThe Xxxxxxxx Government Center Community Room Use Agreement must be completed and approved prior to booking the room. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come basis with priority as listed below. Reservations can be canceled by the City due to a conflict in scheduling.
Scheduling and Use. The District shall manage and schedule the use of all Property amenities other than the Water Right described in subsection 1(c) above. The City and District sponsored programs shall have priority scheduling over other entities. To ensure scheduling priority, the City and the District shall be required to reserve usage of the Property at least 30 days prior to a City or District event date. If fees are charged to users of the Property, then District and City users shall receive a lower and more favorable rate than non-City/District users, as determined by the District.
Scheduling and Use. 1. Use of the Field after normal school hours and after school events shall be in accordance with this Agreement. The Board and Post 93 designees shall establish times available for use at the School level. The School and Post 93 shall make determinations for use of the Field based on turf conditions and safety level. Field shall not be used when weather is believed to have rendered the field unsuitable for recreational activities. The preservation of the Field shall be of paramount importance in the development of a schedule for the use of the Field. 2. Post 93 agrees that the Board shall have first priority for scheduling and use of the Field and Restrooms. 3. Post 93 will be allowed to schedule the use of the Field and Restrooms during those times that they are not needed for school system activities. The Field and Restrooms shall only be used by Post 93 for Post 93 events, and Post 93 shall not allow other individuals or groups to use School Property without the express written permission of the School, and any approved third-party use shall be in accordance with Board policies, fee structure and rules governing such use. 4. Board and Post 93 agree to meet as needed to coordinate use, establish maintenance schedules, and to inspect the Field. Post 93 shall designate one person as the point-of-contact for communication with the School’s designated contact person. Post 93’s designee and/or other responsible member shall be responsible for making participants aware of any cancellations or rescheduling Post 93 activities.
Scheduling and Use. All scheduling will be done by both parties working together. University activities shall have first priority for use of University Facilities. City programs shall have priority of use of Xxxx’x Pasture Park. The Parties will collaborate in good faith on scheduling events at the facilities subject to this Agreement to ensure fair and efficient use.
Scheduling and Use. The Village agrees that the first priority for scheduling the use of Village owned athletic facilities will be given to local sports organizations. The Village shall allocate available field time to community users based upon mutually approved guidelines established by the Village and CAC. These guidelines will be put forth by use of the athletic fields as they were configured for the requirements of the particular sport as noted on the park matrix. The Village shall make all reasonable efforts to schedule the use of athletic facilities in a fair and equitable manner. Team rosters with player addresses will be used as needed to verify an organizations status as a local sports organization. The applicant group, in its policies and practices, shall not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, handicaps, age, marital status, or gender. As a part of his/her application to the Village, the applicant shall attest and certify with regard to his/her non-discrimination practices.
Scheduling and UseThe Parties believe that employees should take PTO each year and at least one half of the employee’s PTO eligibility should be taken in blocks of one week or more. Beyond this PTO may be requested in advance at the employee’s discretion for any reason, including vacation, paid holiday time off, religious observations, dental or doctor visits, personal or family business, education, or any other reasons deemed appropriate by the employee. Effective January 1st, 2015 PTO will be granted in one hour (1) increments. Approvals will be based on seniority by who submits the request first and business need. Effective January 1st, 2015 PTO balances will be available on employee payroll checks as soon as administratively possible.
Scheduling and Use. (a) The floating holidays may be taken at any time during the fiscal year with the prior approval of the unit member’s Department Head. (b) All floating holiday use requires supervisory approval. 1. Requests to schedule and use floating holiday time off shall be made in writing to the unit member’s immediate supervisor. 2. The request shall be returned by the supervisor to the unit member marked either “approved” or “denied” as soon as reasonably possible which shall not be later than seven (7) work days after the request was submitted. 3. Except as necessary to maintain operational readiness, once the request to use floating holiday time off has been approved, the unit member shall be allowed the time off.

(b) CTO must be scheduled in advance. (c) All CTO use requires supervisory approval. 1. Requests to use CTO shall be made in writing to the unit member’s immediate supervisor. 2. The request shall be returned by the supervisor to the unit member marked either “approved” or “denied” as soon as reasonably possible which shall not be later than seven (7) work days after the request was submitted. 3. Except as necessary to maintain operational readiness, once the request to use CTO has been approved, the unit member shall be allowed the time off.
