Decorum. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Aircraft, its use, and the behavior of individuals on the Aircraft will at all times be indicative and consistent with the professional nature and behavior that Time Sharee’s business and other professional activities are conducted. As such, all of Time Sharee’s passengers shall act courteously and professionally at all times when using the Aircraft.
Decorum. Every party must act with courtesy and decorum in all pro- ceedings before the Board, including in interactions with other parties.

Decorum. All Directors, and staff, shall conduct themselves in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order and in a civil and polite manner toward other board members, employees, and the public. Using derogatory names, interrupting the speaker having the floor, or being disorderly or disruptive, are prohibited actions. If any meeting is willfully interrupted by any individual so as to render the orderly conduct of that meeting infeasible, that individual may be removed from the meeting. If any group or groups of persons willfully interrupts a meeting so as to render the orderly conduct of that meeting infeasible, the presiding officer, or a majority of the Policy Board, may clear the meeting room in accordance with Government Code Section 54957.9.
Decorum. Artist must maintain appropriate language, attire, demeanor and behavior commensurate with local law governing the normal use of public property. The University has authority to cancel the Services in whole or in part if the Artist fails to comply with this paragraph after being issued one warning by the University or any applicable law enforcement personnel.

Climbing or walking upon any statue, fixture, building or any structure not intended for such purpose is also prohibited. Flower beds, trees, shrubbery, grass, plants, paving or concrete must not be removed or materially altered. User must agree to stay off grassy areas, flower beds and other decorative landscaping.

The Alliance shall have the right to exclude, reject, or to require modification of any display, demonstration, or behavior at Exhibitor’s expense which, in the Alliance’s sole discretion, it considers not proper, unprofessional, or not otherwise in keeping with the character and/or professional reputation of AAM and/or MuseumExpo. Exhibitors acknowledge and shall be bound by the decisions of the Alliance MuseumExpo Management in all matters related to MuseumExpo.
Decorum. You will not harm or damage in any way the Space or any part of it, commit waste, create nuisance (including bothering neighbors of the Space or other members at the Space), make any use of the Space which is offensive, in the sole discretion of Phase Two, and/or commit any act which would tend to injure the reputation of Phase Two or the Space, in the sole discretion of Phase Two.

We expect that you, your guests and vendors will exercise good judgment in behavior, language and dress. Hosts will be responsible should damage occur anywhere in the building.
