Scheduling Requests. Time Sxxxxx shall provide Operator with requests for flight time and proposed flight schedules as far in advance of any given flight as possible, and in any case, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to Time Sharee’s planned departure. Requests for flight time shall be in a form, whether written or oral, mutually convenient, and agreed to by the Parties. Time Sxxxxx shall provide at least the following information for each proposed flight prior to scheduled departure:
3.1.1 Proposed departure point;
3.1.2 Destination including any intermediate requested stops;
3.1.3 Date and time of flight;
3.1.4 Names of all passengers;
3.1.5 Nature and extent of luggage;
3.1.6 The date and time of a return flight; and
3.1.7 Any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent or required by Operator or Operator’s flight crew.
Scheduling Requests. Nurses may request that they be scheduled to work either permanent nights or evenings. Requests will not be unreasonably denied. The Hospital may schedule a nurse at a mutually agreeable time to work two (2) weeks of day tours per calendar year for education and evaluation. The unit manager shall provide the nurse a minimum of six (6) weeks’ notice in writing of such rotation to the day shift.
Scheduling Requests. User will respond to Customer scheduling requests within a reasonable amount of time, but in no event more than twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of Novadontics’s request for an appointment on behalf of a Customer. User acknowledges and agrees that repeated rescheduling or cancelling of Customer appointments may result in User or the relevant Practice Member(s) being removed from, or otherwise affected in the order of display of, appointment listings available to Customers, in Novadontics’s sole discretion.
Scheduling Requests. 2.01 Any two employees, in the same classification, may exchange shifts (this includes “rest days”) with the prior approval of their supervisor, provided that the Employer shall not incur any additional costs over and above those which would have been incurred had the exchange not taken place. Any employee initiated shift exchange, will nullify the guarantee of hours as set out in Articles 1.01 and 1.02 above.

Licensee acknowledges and agrees that repeated rescheduling or cancelling of Customer appointments may result in Licensee being removed from, or otherwise affected in the order of display of, appointment listings available to Customers, in CureMD’s sole discretion.
