Scheduling Fees. In accordance with Section 4.02, Buyer shall invoice to Seller and Seller shall pay to Buyer the following Scheduling Fees: (a) SC Set-Up Fee. The SC Set-Up Fee is equal to the costs Buyer incurs as a result of the Generating Units or the Generating Facility registration, as applicable, as well as installation, configuration, and testing of all equipment and software necessary, in Buyer’s sole discretion, to Schedule the Generating Unit or the Generating Facility, as applicable, in accordance with the CAISO Tariff. Buyer’s invoice to Seller shall provide a detailed accounting of all costs and charges encompassed in the SC Set-Up Fee, including separate line items for registration charges, equipment costs, software costs, and labor costs (including hourly rate if applicable) itemized for registration, equipment installation, configuration, testing and software related charges. Buyer estimates that the SC Set-up Fee for this Agreement will equal $[ ]. (b) Monthly Scheduling Fee. The Monthly Scheduling Fee will be as forth in the following table. Scheduling Fees. All weddings have a 3-hour ceremony time frame. Saturdays Year Round: 11am-2pm, 2pm-5pm, 5pm-8pm. Sundays Seasonally: 1pm-4pm or 2pm-5pm & 5pm-8pm. • The chapel fee includes: chapel rehearsal for a 1-hour block, chapel ceremony for a 3-hour block, parking in a TCU campus lot, assistance of a chapel coordinator, and services of a sound technician. • Discounts apply only if one of the individuals being married is TCU alumni, faculty, staff, current student, trustee, or the children thereof. • A date may held for 7 calendar days before a non-refundable $500 rental deposit and signed contract are due. The remainder of the rental fee must be paid in full within 30 days of confirming the reservation. Both the completed contract and $500 non-refundable rental deposit must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the hold date, or the time slot will be released to other clients. • Payments may be dropped off in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, M-F, 9am-4pm, mailed in, or paid online at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇. All checks should be made payable to, TCU. • All rehearsals are held on Friday evenings and are 1 hour in length. They are held back-to-back, and the couple must begin and end the rehearsal within the assigned hour. If participants are late, a full rehearsal may not be possible. Rehearsals may not be moved from the designated time. • An additional 1 hour may be added to any wedding time slot at the rate of $500 based on availability and the following guidelines: o 11am-2pm – An hour prior may be purchased at booking. An hour after, 45 days prior to the ceremony. o 2pm-5pm – No hours may be purchased before or after the time slot at the time of booking. Additions cannot be made until 45 days prior to the ceremony. o 5pm-8pm – An hour after may be purchased at booking. An hour before cannot be added until 45 days prior to the ceremony.

Scheduling Fees. A scheduling fee of $35 per team shall be paid to COA by each school.
