Scheduling Fees. All weddings have a 3-hour ceremony time frame. Saturdays Year Round: 11am-2pm, 2pm-5pm, 5pm-8pm. Rehearsals may not be moved from the designated time. • An additional 1 hour may be added to any wedding time slot at the rate of $500 based on availability and the following guidelines: o 11am-2pm – An hour prior may be purchased at booking. An hour after, 45 days prior to the ceremony. o 2pm-5pm – No hours may be purchased before or after the time slot at the time of booking. Additions cannot be made until 45 days prior to the ceremony. o 5pm-8pm – An hour after may be purchased at booking. An hour before cannot be added until 45 days prior to the ceremony.
