Common use of Scheduling of Make-Ready Work Clause in Contracts

Scheduling of Make-Ready Work. In performing all Make‐Ready Work to accommodate Licensee’s Communications Facilities, District will endeavor to include such work in its normal work schedule. Within 30 days following the District’s acceptance of Licensee’s application, the parties shall mutually agree upon a completion schedule. In the event Licensee requests the Make‐Ready Work be performed on a priority basis or outside of District’s normal work hours, upon approval from Licensee, Licensee agrees to pay any resulting increased costs. Nothing herein shall be construed to require performance of Licensee’s work before other scheduled work or District service restoration.
