Scheduling of Midnight Shifts. Where an employee is scheduled to work five (5) midnight shifts (ie.: shifts starting at midnight or 12:01 a.m.), all such shifts shall, where possible, be consecutive. The day prior to the first midnight shift shall be a scheduled day off. Where it can be demonstrated that consecutive days of work can be scheduled, the Union and the Employer shall meet to determine a method of solution.
