Scheduling of Solution Delivery. Supplier shall deliver the Solution, including any Component parts, and complete performance of Services according to the delivery dates set forth in the Contract documents. Supplier shall make available all appropriate and/or related Documentation at the time of delivery of the relevant Component of the Solution. Any Solution Component delivered without the appropriate and required Documentation will be considered "shipped short" until the applicable documentation has been received.
