Common use of Scheduling Procedures Clause in Contracts

Scheduling Procedures. When recommended by the Project Manager, or when otherwise appropriate, the Board of Directors shall act upon and approve or modify the practices and procedures to be followed by the SCPPA Participants for scheduling, delivering, controlling and allocating the Facility Products and the use and control of the XXXX.
