Common use of School Board Authority Clause in Contracts

School Board Authority. The Association recognizes that, subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Board of Education and the superintendent of schools reserve and retain full rights, authority, and discretion in the proper discharge of their duties and responsibility to control, supervise, and manage the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Public Schools under applicable law, rules, and procedures.
