School Bulletins. Space may be provided in the staff information portion of official school bulletins for brief announcements of meetings of the Association, where such meetings are to be held on the school site and attendance is limited primarily to staff members of the individual school. Such announcements should be limited to necessary factual data – time, date, place, purpose – and should be clearly identified as unofficial announcements published at the request of the employer.

  • Technical Bulletins A Technical Bulletin (TB) will be used to explain updated processes, provisions or monitoring requirements as Florida Housing receives updates, clarification and additional guidance with respect to the CRF funds. TBs will also be used to clarify, discuss, interpret, and provide guidance for contract administration issues related to this Agreement. TBs will be posted at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/about-florida-housing/florida- housing's-coronavirus-relief-fund, and Grantee is encouraged to regularly check for TBs.

  • Manuals Each product delivered under contract to any Customer must be delivered with at least one (1) copy of a safety and operating manual and any other technical or maintenance manual. The cost of the manual(s) must be included in the price for the Product offered.

  • SUPPLIER PUBLICATIONS Any marketing materials in relation to this Framework Agreement that that Supplier produces must comply in all respects with the Branding Guidance. The Supplier will periodically update and revise such marketing materials.

  • Guides The Guides, which set forth the terms and conditions under which Washington Mutual Mortgage may elect to purchase mortgage loans from the Company, and the Company shall service mortgage loans on behalf of Washington Mutual Mortgage, are a supplement to this Agreement and such Guides, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time by Washington Mutual Mortgage, are incorporated into this Agreement in full by reference and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth at length herein. All capitalized terms used and not defined herein have the meanings ascribed to them in the Guides.

  • Technical Regulations 1. The rights and obligations of the Parties in respect of technical regulations, standards and conformity assessment shall be governed by the WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade. 2. The Parties shall strengthen their co-operation in the field of technical regulations, standards and conformity assessment, with a view to increasing the mutual understanding of their respective systems and facilitating access to their respective markets.
