School Closures/Remote Learning. In the event of a school closure (i.e., 30 school days or longer) due to pandemic conditions or other causes beyond the control of the parties, the Union reserves the right to bargain the impact with the Superintendent/Board of Education regarding procedures to be implemented during the period of school closures.
