School Construction Fee Sample Clauses
The School Construction Fee clause establishes a requirement for the payment of a specific fee to support the construction or expansion of educational facilities. Typically, this fee is imposed on developers or property owners as a condition for obtaining permits for new residential or commercial developments, and the collected funds are allocated to local school districts to address increased enrollment resulting from new construction. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the costs of accommodating population growth in schools are fairly distributed, helping to prevent overcrowding and maintain educational standards.
