School Events Calendar. A master school calendar shall be maintained at each site. Facilities and time needed for the event shall be specified on the calendar. The site principal in conjunction with the superintendent shall be in charge of scheduling all events at their site. Teachers shall be notified if scheduled events are preempted or changed.
