SCHOOL IMPACT. OWNER shall obtain a letter of "No Objection" from the Martin County School Board prior to final site plan approval for any residential unit within the PUD.

School Day A. The length of the school day shall be seven (7) hours and five (5) minutes inclusive of the arrival and departure time.
School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.
School Year 8.1.3. Teacher assignable time will be capped at 1200 hours per school year.
