SCHOOL SITE MANAGEMENT. The LA owns the property and has landlord status. The school occupies the site as a tenant. Although occupation and use of sites is under the control of the Governing Body, with community and voluntary controlled schools, the Authority DOES NOT own the property in the case of voluntary controlled schools.
