Common use of School Source of Funding Clause in Contracts

School Source of Funding. As a Michigan strict discipline academy, the major source of funding for the Academy is State School Aid received pursuant to the State School Aid Act, Act 94 of 1979, as amended (“State School Aid”). State School Aid payments are based upon the number of students enrolled in the Academy. The Academy will also receive other payments as may be available from state and federal sources for specific programs and services.
