School Use of Education Services Provider (ESP. i. The contract between the School and the education service provider/ management company (ESP) shall require that the ESP operate the School in accordance with the terms stipulated in this Charter and all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. The contract between the School and the ESP shall allow the School the ability to terminate the contract with the ESP.
