─Scientific Misconduct‌. The Vendor shall set out a procedure for the inquiry, investigation, appeal, and disposition of complaints alleging misconduct in activities involving any and all research projects funded, in whole or in part, with federal funds included in this Contract, and as authorized under the Public Health Services research grants. Such policies and procedures shall be in accordance with the provisions of 42 CFR 50.101 to 50.104 and CHFS Policy for Responding to Allegations of Scientific Misconduct as amended, and shall be made available, upon request, to the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. The Vendor shall immediately report to CHFS any activity reported to the Vendor under these terms and conditions. Notice shall be sent in writing to the Department.
