Convercent will develop, implement, maintain and enforce a written information privacy and security program (“"Security Program”") that (i) complies with ISO 2700127001 and HITRUST CFS, (ii) includes administrative, technical and physical safeguards reasonably designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Customer Data andand (iii) is appropriate to the nature, size and complexity of Convercent's business operations; and (iv) complies with any Applicable Laws and Regulations.
