Security Officer. Contractor shall designate a Security Officer to oversee its data security program who shall be responsible for carrying out the requirements of this section and for communicating on security matters with the Department.
Security Officer. The person designated by the Security Official or one of the District of Columbia’s designated health care components, who is responsible for overseeing compliance with the Covered Agency’s Privacy Policies and Procedures, the Security Rules, and other applicable federal and state privacy law(s). The Covered Agency’s security officer shall follow the guidance of the District’s Security Official, as well as the Associate Security Official within the Office of the Chief Technology Officer, and shall be responsive to the same on matters pertaining to HIPAA compliance.
Security Officer. At each place where CDPH PCI is located, the Contractor shall designate a Security Officer to oversee its compliance with this Exhibit and to communicate with CDPH on matters concerning this Exhibit.
Security Officer. 2 At each place where COUNTY PCI is located, the CONTRACTOR shall designate a Security 3 Officer to oversee its compliance with this Exhibit and to communicate with ADMINISTRATOR on 4 matters concerning this Exhibit. 5
Security Officer. Business Associate shall, to the extent it has not already done so, designate a Security Officer to oversee its data security program who will be responsible for carrying out its privacy and security programs and for communicating on security matters with Covered Entity and DHCS.
Security Officer. At each place where DSH PCI is located, the Contractor shall designate a Security Officer to oversee its compliance with this Exhibit and to communicate with DSH on matters concerning this Exhibit.
Security Officer. The Participant shall designate a Security Officer to oversee its compliance with this Agreement and for communicating with CDPH on matters concerning this Agreement. Such designation is set forth in Attachment B, which is made a part of this Agreement by this reference.
Security Officer. The Data Recipient shall designate a Security Officer to oversee its compliance with this Agreement and for communicating with CDPH on matters concerning this Agreement.
Security Officer. The security document shall appoint one or several security officers responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance with the requirements of the security document. This appointment may be general for all the filing systems or processing of personal data or specific depending on the information systems used, which shall be clearly recorded in the security document.
Security Officer. Convercent will designate a senior employee to be responsible for overseeing and carrying out its Security Program and for communicating with Customer on information security matters (the “Convercent’s Security Officer”). Upon Customer’s request, the Convercent Security Officer will provide Customer with the contact information of one or more Convercent representatives who will be available to discuss any security concerns (e.g., discovered vulnerability, exposed risk, reported concern) with Customer and to communicate the level of risk associated with such concerns and any remediation thereof. A representative must be available during normal business hours.
