Common use of Scope and Exclusions Clause in Contracts

Scope and Exclusions. The SLA Plans do not cover third-party services, such as services provided by carriers integrated into the nShift DeliveryHub). nShift On-Premise and nShift Drop Zone are installed on Customer’s own infrastructure, and Supplier takes no responsibility for this infrastructure, e.g. in the event slow internet connections and Wi-Fi distribution increases process roundtrip. The SLA Plans do not cover Requests for Change. Such requests are scoped and priced on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise agreed in the Subscription Agreement. Supplier reserves the right to decline a Request for Change.
